Yes, it is worth it. I found a doll I loved and had a few questions before I wanted to buy it, so I contacted them and had a great experience with their customer service. A big thank you to the sales person who answered all my questions and concerns. One of the issues was that I had compared the size/weight of the two dolls on many websites (both manufacturers and other retailers) and the information didn’t match. The sales lady was more than happy to make sure they were correct!
