Yes, my overall experience with them was very good. The customer service was excellent. It really shows that a company cares about customer satisfaction. I purchased a doll and a free head. Both dolls were accurate and beautiful. The production time was quick and the shipping was fast. I should receive the dolls soon. Much faster than if I had to carry boxes upstairs for the costumes and dolls. I am super excited!!!!
